Your request details

When you submit a catering request, order request or picnic interest signup, we collect the contact information and occasion details you provide. We use them to respond, plan your requested service and coordinate any resulting order or event.

Who can see your information

Submitted information is stored in our website’s database and is accessible through a private owner dashboard. It is not displayed publicly. The website and storage are provided through OpenAI Sites and its infrastructure providers.

Orders, payment & email

Submitting a form does not confirm an order or reserve an event date. Do not enter card numbers or other payment credentials in a form. If we send a Stripe payment link for an approved quote, payment is handled on Stripe’s website under its terms. Automated email delivery is currently being prepared; the confirmation displayed after submission is your receipt reference.

Picnic interest list

Signing up lets us contact you about the Summer 2027 picnic launch. It does not create a booking or collect a payment. You can ask to leave the list at any time.
